100% Bobal grapes, exclusively selected from old, low production vines. A native grape of Utiel-Requena. Intense cherry red with a slight brick rim, it has a deep and complex aroma, reminiscent of forest strawberries on a balsamic background of toffee and vanilla. Fresh, dense and meaty with round tannins and a very long aftertaste it is an ideal companion for meats, game and sausages.
