This Dry Rose is a blend of four Rhone varieties sourced from the Darling, Swartland, and Wellington regions. The combination of these grapes delivers a fresh, elegant and well-balanced wine. A pale blush pink with gentle nectarine and lemon zest on the nose, there is a tangy entry to the mouth with vivide lemon and citrus zest flavor. Juicy succulence with more stonefruit apparent, along with light fruity hints of plum and red cherry. A lively, vibrant mouthful which finished nicely dry. Pairs well with with tapas and antipasti dishes.
