
100% Estate-grown Pinot Noir from our Sophia Vineyard. Hand-picked and spontaneously fermented in small 1-ton vats, punched down daily by hand. Complex and layered with bright, tangy notes of raspberry, darker elements of black cherry and mulberry, and a subtle undercurrent of cedar and toast. Fine tannins balance this elegant, medium-bodied Pinot Noir.
