This Pinot Noir from Bourgogne producer Albert Bichot is an entry-level, easy going, all stainless steel production. The usual Pinot fruit profile of cranberry, cherry, and raspberry. It’s a little simplistic, but it’s a clean drinking French Pinot for thirty bucks. Hard to complain about that.
