All Chioccioli wines are fermented in Terracotta Amphora, and this white wine is no different, however it also rests in those amphora with some skin and seeds present, allowing some colour and tannin to leech into the wine. So yes, this is an orange wine! Flavours of orange blossom and clementine, along with savoury marzipan and tart apricot. A really cool wine that demands a pairing with food.
