A flour bouquet in a glass! The high altitude of Salta, Argentina allows this grape to develop plenty of delicate aromas through the season, while remaining fresh and crisp. Jasmine, lily, and geranium leap out of the glass. On the palate citrus aromas take over, along with a touch of white pepper. A great white for a hot day paired with carne asada tacos topped with a jicama slaw.
