Un Petit Peu: Spontaneous is a new iteration of one of our earliest releases, Un Petit Peu. It is the first time we have returned to a favourite combination of hops, Barbe Rouge & Mistral. This vintage changes it up by pairing these unique French hops with a blend of 1, 2, 3 & 4 year Spontaneous Fermentation barrels. The result is intense floral, honey, and melon aromatics, red berry, bitter citrus, and herbaceous flavours, which complement the bright acidity of spontaneous fermentation. We hope you like it!
