Like a wildflower bouquet from a pastoral field, this Viognier is bright, fresh, and lively. The mouthfeel is clean and linear with a backbone of crisp mouthwatering acidity. Showcasing a light to medium body, the palate is delicate and soft with notes of white peach, Granny Smith apple and tangy lime supported by subtle Marcona almond notes, and a white pepper spiced finish that is long and pleasing. Lip-smacking and perfectly quaffable on its own as an aperitif or an ideal accompaniment to lighter fare and charcuterie.
