This wine is everything I could ever want out of a Spanish Garnacha. Crunchy red plum, cool slate minerality, a pinch of clove and an herbal whiff. Otherwise, clean, fresh, and not weighed down by excessive (or in this case, any) oak use, overripe flavours, or high alcohol. A very clean and driven expression of terroir. Pair with tapas! Manchego, Iberico, marinated olives, and of course, Pan Con Tomate.
