Terroir
Based on 100% Tempranillo grapes which are hand-harvested from approx. 40 year old vines located at an altitude of 900 meters. The vilification has taken place in both large oak barrels, steel tanks and cement tanks. Thereafter, the wine is barrel aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
