Pale golden robe color with fine bubbles. On the nose, dominant aromas of white-fleshed fruit (apple and pear) with a light floral note. A clean and fresh attack. On the palate this wine is elegant, fresh and light.
Ideal as an aperitif, this wine is also a perfect match for white meats and all fish and seafood dishes such as oysters and shellfish. Enjoy chilled, between 6 and 8°C.
