Our Soave DOC is produced with 100% Gaganega grape, raised on volcanic hills between Roncà and Montecchia di Crosara, in the province of Verona, the area of Soave.
Thanks to the volcanic soils that host the vineyards, the grapes transmit very pleasant mineral and savory notes, which alternate with fruity-citrus scents and aromatic herbs.
It is a wine with an enveloping drink, perfect for aperitifs and in combination with fish dishes.
