Maple Porter aged for eleven months in Romero Distilling (another Calgary biz) rum casks. Being a dessert beer, it’s best enjoyed on a late, cold, winter night. Give it time to evolve as it warms up; you’ll find maple of course, alongside the earthy roasted malt of the beer, and the spices of the rum cask.
