Mezcal is produced from Agave, just the same as tequila is, but where tequila can be made only from the Blue Weber variety of agave, Mezcal can be produced from any type. This Mezcal is produced from the Espadin variety.
From the ever wonderful Koch El range comes this expression, made using the much loved Espadín agave sourced from San Baltazar Guelavila. This joven mezcal is unaged, bottled at 47% ABV. A great spirit for anyone wanting to begin their mezcal journey.
