A quality sparkling wine made from Passerina grapes, obtained from a strictly manual harvest in the first ten days of September, from certified organic agriculture, which guarantees the utmost respect for the surrounding environment. Notes of White flowers, including sage, broom and a fruity note of peach and apricot. On the palate it is pungent, fresh and savoury, in perfect coherence with the nose.
Pair with with a risotto allo scoglio (with seafood), a sauté of mussels, a nice courgette omelet, stuffed pork loin, or roast turkey rump.
