This Pinot Blanc from Austria is a single vineyard wine. Bold notes of pear ranging from ripe, to overripe, and even candied. Hints of cream and banana contrast firm acidity and a chalk like minerality. The finish is long with bitter floral and herbal elements. An incredibly complex Pinot Blanc that would be excellent with fondue.
