Arguably Qunita de la Rosa's most versatile port. Incredible on its own, wonderful in cocktails and sauces. Aged 3-4 years in wooden 'tonels'. A lighter style of port with bright red berries, yet a surprisingly rich body and long finish. As standard with Quinta de la Rosa, the base wine for this port is fermented to a slightly higher degree of alcohol than usual, giving a finished port with slightly lower sugar. Enjoy it in a cocktail, at a picnic, or with sponge cake.
