Sourced from different vineyards throughout the Central and North Okanagan valley, our Pinot Noir Cuvée carries a lot of depth, with layers of fruit flavours of dark cherry, plum and currant and complimented by baking spice on the finish. Each grape was sorted on ripeness, to ensure only the top quality Pinot Noir grapes were fermented to make this vintage.
Aged in French oak barrels for 9 months, allowed the ripe tannins to soften and create a velvety smooth texture. The 2022 growing season started late with a cool wet spring. Thankfully, the warm fall gave enough time for the Pinot Noir vineyards to ripen.
