Grown 12km from the Pacific Ocean, this Sauvignon Blanc shows excellent acidity with and a complex palate. Tart gooseberry and grapefruit at the beginning, peach, lychee, and jalapeño through the mid palate, and a mineral finish with white pepper and toast.
