Phantasm is a powder derived from Sauvignon Blanc grape skins post fermentation. This powder contains thiol precursors, which supercharge the existing thiol’s found in hops. Thiol’s are a group of chemicals providing tropical flavours, they are especially important in brewing because they are highly detectable on the palate, a little goes a long way, and more than a little?
