Proxies are a wine alternative using grape and fruit juice, botanicals, and tea to create a beverage with similar complexity to wine, but without undergoing any alcoholic fermentation. Blanc Slate uses Sauvignon Blanc grape juice, along with grapefruit, habanero, white, tea, and others. It is a complex palate showing bright acidity, green vegetal notes, and a slightly spicy finish.
