This is made from 100% Saskatchewan grown ingredients, and while we tease our neighbors for their vast stretches of nothingness, they do have some great grains, and those make great beers. This beer uses pilsner malt, but doesn’t use Saaz hops so it’s only like half pilsner. Maybe that’s why it only say “Pils” on the label…
