
Malbec and Cabernet grapes collected in overmaturation. The grapes are worked to keep a good percentage of whole berries, thus obtaining a pleasant fruity hint during fermentation. The grapes have been vinified with a 10-day maceration to give the right color to the wine and keep the palate intact at temperatures of 22/24°C to not extract green tannins.
Bright red in colour, it has a fresh vinous scent, with intense notes of currants and raspberry. In the mouth is soft and balanced, with a fruity, velvety finish.
