100% Granacha. Intense colour (almost opaque) of cherry red with violet overtones. Jammy aroma of bramble fruits (blackberries, currants) and cherry with light balsamic, chocolate, spice and liquorice. In the mouth, it has structure and feels fat, high quality tannins. Due to its complexity, it is an excellent companion of red meats, Iberian meats and cured cheeses. Lamb, beef, pasta, game and poultry would also pair. From Calatayud, Aragon, Spain.
