La Tendida is a red wine made by Casa Castillo, made with Monastrell and Grenache and replaces the previous VDF, the estate wine. From the Jumilla region, it is from the selection of old vines planted in sandy soils covered with limestone gravel. It’s young and tender but more elegant, subtle but nuanced and very precise. The wine is medium-bodied, the tannins are very fine and there is a sensation of fragility but with energy and strength, a red with light. Very Casa Castillo.
