A medium-bodied, modern style Chianti Classico from the Tuscany wine region produced from 80% Sangiovese and 20% Canaiolo red wine grapes. Vibrant with red cherry, sweet dried tobacco leaf, sweet spice, leather and dusty herb flavours on the palate. Carpineto was founded in 1967 by Giovanni Carlo Sacchet and Antonio Mario Zaccheo, two Italian winemakers from outside of the Tuscany wine region. Enjoy now with veal Scallopini.
