A clean, crushable lager, made even more crushable with the addition of lime and sea salt. Salt and acid has long been used as a one-two punch for creating an intense salivating effect on the tongue, maybe have a bag of tortilla chips at the ready when you open this one up. This beer was brewed in collaboration between Annex Ale Project and Born Brewing, the women of both breweries spent a brew day together, focusing on the exchange of ideas revolving around equity and the future of the craft beer scene and women’s place within it. Proceeds from this beer support the Calgary Women’s Center.
