This beer was headed by Bailey at Blindman Brewing, in collaboration with several other breweries (too many to list, see the back of the can), it also served as her final project at Olds College Brewery. Last to note on this ultra-collaboration brew is the locally harvested sunflower honey from The Gull Lake Honey Company. This sweet, malty brew is a showcase of the supportive nature of the Alberta craft brewing industry. The team chose the Central Alberta Women’s Emergency Shelter as the foundation to support with proceeds from this beer.
