A complex, harmonious blend of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris, grown on steep hillside vineyards with grey and blue slate. After the spontanious fermentation with natural yeasts is complete, the wine is aged for 12 months in neutral oak. Dry, well balanced with depth and typical Mosel minerality.
