
Varieties - 75% Monastrell, 15% Grenache and 10% Syrah.
Harvest carried out during the second half of September and the first week of October. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 3 months in French oak barrels of 6,000 and 10,000 litres.
Tasting note - Notes of black fruits and cherry. Fresh in the mouth, we perceive again a sweet and vibrant black fruit, with hints of pepper accompanied by a good acidity.
Pairing - Ideal to accompany a wide variety of dishes, from fatty fish to pasta, meats and cured cheeses.
