Hee-Hee-Tel-Kin is aged in a combination of French and American Oak barrels, showing the very best characteristics of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. This vintage boasts aromas of ripe dark cherries, blackberry and savoury vanilla followed by flavours of plum, clove, blackberry and pimento, finishing with soft tannins and toasty oak notes. Best paired with roasted meats, sharp cheese and late nights around the fire.
